Degrees of grilling
Short grill, dark red or very succulent.
Red in the middle and nearly raw. For connoisseurs.
Grilled to the point. Well browned on the outside and succulent on the inside.
Red centre and dark brown crust. The most popular degree of grilling.
Nearly grilled through and with bite.
Steak is grilled through. Evenly brown on the inside.
